For Part I ( Provision of Asphalt Mixture) , bidding is conducted under open national competition procedures , as specified in the Instructions for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services in Islamic Development Bank-Financed Projects, issued by the Bank in 2019 and amended in February 2024 (Procurement Instructions).
