    Tenders are invited for Technical Service Provider for Living Income Benchmarking and Assessment The Technical Service Provider will deliver a Living Income Benchmarking and Assessment in Preah Vihear and Stung Treng (Siem Pang), covering both IRCC and non-IRCC rice farmers. 3.1 Research Design Review Anker and ILO methodologies, assessing their suitability for Cambodia. Propose a methodology that is context-specific yet aligned with key international principles. Define methodology, sample size, processes, tools, and quality control measures. Include ethical considerations such as informed consent, data privacy, and safeguarding vulnerable participants. 3.2 Research Delivery Develop a detailed workplan with timelines and responsibilities. Conduct both secondary and primary data collection. Coordinate fieldwork with relevant stakeholders (local authorities, community leaders, farmer groups, relevant specialize institutions of both public and private sectors). Implement risk mitigation measures for anticipated challenges (weather, accessibility, language, data sensitivity). 3.3 Research Analysis and Reporting Ensure accurate data entry, cleaning, and validation. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
