Prequalifications are invited for Invitation for Technical Proposal/Prequalification of Companies for Both the Rehabilitation and or Reconstruction of Carter Bridge and Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos State 1. Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos State Full Rehabilitation 11.80km Yes Yes Complete Reconstruction Yes Yes 6.0 METHOD OF SUBMISSION i) Bids must be prepared in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder. ii) Two copies (Original and Copy) of Technical documents/Expression of Interest (EoI) for all categories must be submitted on or before 12:00 noon on Monday, 22nd September, 2025. iii) Bids should be submitted to: a. The Director Public Procurement, Public Procurement Department, Room A124, Block A, 1st Floor, FMW, Mabushi, Abuja; iv) Late submissions shall be rejected. 7.0 OPENING i. All Bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission. ii. Technical Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, Civil Society Organization (CSOs) in the areas of Anti-Corruption and Transparency and Private Professional bodies immediately after the deadline for the submission. 8.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 8.1 Subject to the Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 note that: i. the Ministry shall verify any or all the claims made by the applicants and shall disqualify any company whose claims are found to be false in addition to other sanctions that may be deemed necessary; ii. All costs (Time and Material) incurred in responding to this advertisement in any way or form shall be fully borne by the Bidders and are non-refundable by the Procuring Entity; iii. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), current Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letter head Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm; and iv.
