    Tenders are invited for Purchase Poly Bags for the Green Legacy 2018 Program 1 Poly bag 10cm Keg 10,000 2 Poly bag 20cm Keg 7,000 Bidders bids must be valid for 60 days . The bid security provided by bidders should be in the form of a C.P.O. or a non - conditional bank guarantee . Bidders may collect the official tender document prepared by the office at the Directorate of Procurement and Asset Management , Agriculture Bureau , Dilla City Teachers College premises , by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 ( Two Hundred Birr only ) within 15 consecutive days from the date of publication of this tender notice in the Addis Zemen newspaper until 11:30 AM . The office may increase or decrease the procurement price by 20 percent before signing a contract with the winning bidder .
