    Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning Service and Maintenance of Echocardiography Machine 01 Non - refundable Fee: Rs 5,000.00 Bid documents can be inspected free of charge. Relevant bid documents can be obtained from Friday, 22nd August, 2025 up to Thursday, 11th September, 2025 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Accountant of the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialized (Teaching) Childrens Hospital. Duly completed bids in two copies as original and duplicate placed in a sealed cover marked quotation for (Procurement Name ) at the left side top corner could either be sent by registered post addressed to: Chairman, Procurement Committee Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialized Childrens Hospital, Peradeniya or placed in the tender box kept in the Office of the Accountant, to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 12.09.2025. Bids received late will be rejected and bids received will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 12.09.2025. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the opening. A pre bid meeting relevant to this is scheduled to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 02.09.2025 at the Conference Room of the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialized Childrens Hospital. When the bid value exceeds Rs. 05 Million, (Rs 5,000,000.00) bidders should submit the PCA 03 certificate obtained from the Office of the Public Contracts Registrar under the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 along with bids .
