    Work Detail

    Tenders are invited for Supply of Computers (Desktop) Qty: 20 Non Refundable Fee: 1000/-. Refundablr Deposit 40000/-. Bid Guarantee; 55000/-. Interested bidders may obtain further details from the Accounts Section of Zonal Education office, Negombo (Telephone No. 0112252716). Bidders should furnish the copy of payment made to the Shroff Section and a request letter on a letterhead of the institution. A complete set of bid documents can lie obtained during working days of the week from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from 22.08.2025 to 10.09.2025. (Payment should be made in cash and payment cannot be made by cheques) Bids comprising quotations should be sent by registered post to be received before 10.00 a.m. on 10.09.2025 to the address Accountant. Accounts Section, Negombo Zonal Education Office, Katunayaka or deposited in the tender box kept at Accounts Section. Bids submitted late will be rejected. Bids will l>e opened immediately after closing of acceptance of bids at 10.00 a.m. on 10.09.2025. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives may participate at the time of opening of bids and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders. Quotations submitted should lie valid for a period of one year from the closing date of acceptance of bids (31.12.2025). Quotations should accompany the registration certificate and a copy of valid VAT registration certificate valid from the date from 22.08.2025.
