    Tenders are invited for Selection of a Service Provider for Provision of Janitorial Services Interested bidders should have minimum of 03 years experience of similar Services. Further information could be obtained from Supply Branch of Department of Examinations at the address given below between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 22.08.2025 to 10.09.2025. A complete set of bidding documents could be obtained from the Supply Branch of Department of Examinations, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.6,200.00 in cash to the Shroff at 3rd Floor, Department of Examinations. Bids shall be delivered to the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Supply Branch, 3rd Floor, Department of Examinations, Pelawatte, Battaramulla on or before 11/09/2025 at 2.30 p.m. Pre bid meeting will be held on 29/08/2025 at 10.30 on Department of Examinations Bids shall be valid up to 27/11/2025 (77 days) All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall be; I. In the form included in the Section VII in the Bidding document. II. In favour of Commissioner General of Examinations, Department of Examinations for amount of Rs. 218,750.00. III. Valid up to 27/12/2025. (107 days). IV. Issued by one of the agencies indicated in the clause 12.0 of ITB i. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person.
