    Work Detail

    Canteens of the University of Moratuwa for a Period of One Year from October 2025. 01. Canteen No. 01 02. Canteen No. 02 03. Canteen No. 03 04. L Canteen 05. University Milk Bar Bidding Documents shall be obtained from the Deputy Registrar / Welfare of the University from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days from 22.08.2025 to 12.09.2025 on providing the receipt for payment of a non-refundable bid fee of LKR 500.00 paid in cash to the Shroff of the University. Duly completed scaled bid forms in duplicate (Original and Duplicate to be enclosed separately in two envelopes and then those two envelopes to be enclosed in a single envelope) should be sent under registered post to the Deputy Registrar, Welfare Division, University of Moratuwa, Katubedda, Moratuwa or deposited in the Tender Box available in the Welfare Division on or before 15.09.2025 at 2.30 p.m. All bids shall be accompanied by a refundable Bid Security deposit of LKR 5,000.00 paid in cash to the Shroff of the University (Original of the receipt of the payment shall be attached to the bid). Late/incomplete Bids will be rejected. The name of the Bid, Ex:- Bid for providing services at Canteen No. 01 should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope. The decision of the Procurement Committee will be the final. Alternative Bids will not be accepted. The bids will be accepted until 2.30 p.m. on 15.09.2025 and will be opened soon after the closing at the Welfare Division Meeting Room in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
