    Tenders are invited for Cleaning Services 2025 /2026 Bid Security (Rs.) 100,000.00 Interested Bidders can obtain further details required from the Chief Accountant of the Government Analysts Department on Tel Nos-Oil -2786396/071-8743677 and can inspect the bid documents from 25.08.2025 up to 04.09.2025 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. at the Government Analysts Department at No. 31, Isuru Mawatha, Pelawatta, Battaramulla or else, the documents can also be obtained on making a request via email - govanalyst.finance@gmail.com Relevant Bid Documents can be obtained from 25.08.2025 up to 04.09.2025 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on submission of a written request and on payment by cash, of the non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 made to the Shroff of the Government Analysts Department. A copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be submitted to obtain bid documents for Laboratory Equipment. Completed bids should be handed over to the address: Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Government Analysts Department, No. 31, Isuru Mawatha, Pelawatta, Battaramulla to receive before the deadline on 08.09.2025. Every bid should be accompanied with a Bid Security. Bids received late will be rejected. Opening of Bids will be done as stated below and bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the opening of bids.
