Request for proposals for Rehabilitation, Upgrade, Operation, and Maintenance of Mini and Micro Waterworks Located in Abesan and Alexander Waterworks 4. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: Conducting feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments Preparing detailed engineering designs Rehabilitating and upgrading the water treatment plant(s) Rehabilitation/extension of the distribution network Installation of customer meters Securing project financing Operating and maintaining the waterworks for the concession period Providing capacity building for LWC staff Handover of the facility in good operational condition at the end of the concession Conducting technical and financial audits before transfer 5. Bidding will be conducted through the Lagos State Public procurement Law of 2012 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
