    Request for proposals for Preparation of Bankable Investment Opportunities for Rwandas Climate Smart Agriculture, Sustainable Landscape Management, and Ireme Invest Pipelines. SUMMARY OF PROCUREMENT WRI intends to award a Fixed Price type contract for the preparation of bankable investment opportunities from Rwandas Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA), Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM), and Ireme Invest Pipelines, and related investor engagement activities. The overall objective is to identify, structure, and package a pipeline of investment-ready projects from the CSA, SLM, and Ireme Invest pipelines. The structured pipeline will include both public and private sector investment opportunities and will be tailored to meet the expectations of domestic and international financiers, including development finance institutions, climate funds, commercial investors, and philanthropic capital providers. The specific objectives are as follows: Identify and prioritize high-impact investment concepts from the CSA, SLM, and Ireme Invest frameworks. Undertake detailed due diligence on technical viability, financial performance, and environmental and social safeguards. Prepare full investment documentation tailored to climate funds, development banks, and private investors.
