Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Firm for the Conduct of Studies and Supervision of Development Works on 4000 Ha of Agricultural Areas and Related Infrastructures Project to Support Agro-Pastoral Development, Digitalization and Market Access in Guinea (PADDAMAG) The overall objective is to conduct technical, economic, environmental, and social feasibility studies for: 1. Development of 4,000 ha of agricultural land for maize (3,000 ha) and soybean (1,000 ha); 2. Establishment of 20 drying areas of 2,500 m² each; 3. Rehabilitation/construction of 100 km of access/development roads; 4. Supervision and control of works. The specific objectives are to carry out, in the six (6) target prefectures, the following studies: Socio-land tenure study and management of developed perimeters and access roads; Environmental and safeguard studies, including simplified Environmental and Social Impact Notices (NIES), Resettlement and Restoration Plans (RAP, PRMS), Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), etc.; Technical studies (APS, APD) for land development; Cost estimates and preparation of bidding documents (BDs); Supervision and monitoring of works.
