Tenders are invited for Supply of Ultra Sound Therapy Machine 01 Non Refundable Bid Fee (Rs.) 3,000.00 Qualified interested suppliers may obtain bid documents from the Accounts Division of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 20.08.2025 until 08.09.2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee stated in the Table above made to the Shroff by cash. The Pre-bid meeting relevant to this is scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 01.09.2025. All bids in duplicate marked as Original and Duplicate should be inserted in separate covers and both covers should be reinserted in a sealed single cover mentioning the name of the equipment and the reference number on the left hand top corner and may either be sent by registered post addressed to Director, National Institute of Infectious Diseases, I.D.H., Angoda or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the office of the Accountant to receive at or before 10.00 a.m. on 09.09.2025. It is mandatory that all bids should be accompanied by a bid security obtained from a reputed commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or by the Construction Guarantee Fund or by a Insurance Company approved by the Sri Lanka Insurance Board drawn in favour of Director, National Institute of Infectious Diseases, I.D.H., Angoda valid for 06 months.
