    Tenders are invited for Supply of Dual Headed Teaching Microscope 01 Non Refundable Fee Rs. 2000/- When tender formats are obtained : I. A request letter to Director of Apeksha Hospital - Maharagama should be submitted. II. A non refundable fee of Rs 2000.00 should be paid to the Accountant of Apeksha Hospital of Maharagama for each of tender forms. III. A certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be submitted. IV. Bid documents can be obtained from the Finance Section of the Apeksha Hospital Maharagama from 19.08.2025 to 05.09.2025 during working days of the week from 9.00 a.m to 2.30 p.m. When tender documents are submitted; I. A copy of valid registration certificate for supply of above contracts in Sri Lanka should be submitted. II.
