Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 22 September 2025 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 22 September 2025 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 24 September 2025 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time).
