    Tenders are invited for Supply of One (01) Semi-Trailer Truck to the Postal Services Cameroon (Campost) Financing: Campost Budget, Exercise 2025 The physical file can be consulted in the services of the Contracting Authority during working hours, at the Contract Management Unit (SIGAM) of Cameroon Postal Services (CAMPOST) located on the 3rd floor of the headquarters building, 94 Boulevard du 20 Mai, door 317 (Tel: 222507263, e-mail: edward.eta@campost.cm), upon publication of this notice. Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents a stamped bid bond, paid by hand, issued by an organization or financial institution approved by the Minister of Finance to issue bonds in the field of public procurement and listed in Exhibit 14 of the DAO, in an amount equal to one million seven hundred and forty thousand (1,740,000) FCFA including tax, accompanied by the deposit receipt issued by the Caisse de Dépôts et de Consignations (CDEC), valid for up to thirty (30) days beyond the initial date of validity of the bids. The absence of the bid bond issued by a first-rate bank or a first-class financial institution authorized by the Ministry of Finance to issue bonds in the context of public procurement, will result in the outright rejection of the bid. A bid bond produced, but having no connection with the consultation concerned, is considered absent. The bid bond presented by a bidder during the bid opening session is inadmissible.
