Advance Contracting Notice for Provision of Works, Goods, or Consulting Services for Batumi-Sarpi Road Project Advance contracting under the project will include the following: CW-01: Construction of Batumi-Sarpi Road (Q3 2025) CS-01: Construction Supervision Consultant (Q3 2025) CS-05: Project Management Support (external monitoring consultant-resettlement) (Q3 2025) Brief Description of Works, Goods, or Consulting Services to be Procured: All contracts will be procured in accordance with ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and the Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time) using ADB standing bidding documents and standard request for proposals. Advance contracting will be considered and used for main contracts and project management support (external monitoring consultant-resettlement) to expedite the implementation. ADB approval of advance contracting will not commit ADB to subsequently approve the proposed project or to finance the procurement costs.
