It is mandatory to submit a copy of either the Company Registration or Business Registration Certificate along with letter of request for documents to obtain bid documents. 3. Bid documents may be inspected free of charge and bid documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on weekdays from 18.08.2025 until 04.09.2025 on submission of the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the District General Hospital, Moneragala upon payment of the specified bid document fee. 4. Pre bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 01.09.2025 at the Auditorium of the District General Hospital, Moneragala and clarification of equipment can be requested at that meeting. 5. Bids may be submitted for all items under above packages or separately. Bids should be submitted for full quantities requested under each item and bid securities should be submitted separately. 6.
