    Tenders are invited for Construction of a Mini Drinking Water Adduction in the Ndog See Village, Commune of Ndom, Department of Sanaga Maritime, Littoral Region.. The physical version of the tender documents can be obtained from the Private Secretariat of the Prefect of the Department of Sanaga Maritime upon publication of this Notice of Call for Tenders, against payment of a non-refundable sum of forty thousand (40,000) CFA francs, payable to the Edéa finance office. Amount: 30 000 000 FCFA Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents a stamped and hand-paid bid bond accompanied by the receipt from the CDEC, issued by an organization or financial institution approved by the Minister of Finance to issue bonds in the field of public procurement, the list of which appears in Exhibit 14 of the DAO, the amount of which is six hundred thousand five hundred (600,000) CFA Francs; it is at most equal to 2% of the estimated cost including all taxes (TTC) of the contract in accordance with the decree in force and valid for up to thirty (30) days beyond the initial date of validity of the offers.
