The Subject Of The Present Tenders Are Project Control Services Based On Aho/Dvp, Issue 9, March 2020 And Issue 19, January 2018, With Associated Bim Management Services, Project Levels 1 To 5 For The New Construction Of Regional Suppliers Of The Ostalb Clinics At The Essingen Location. The Scope Of The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Results From The Project Control Contract Including Bim Management And The Systems. The Contractor Has To Carefully Examine The Contractual Components With The Expertise Of An Experienced Project Taxer For Contradictions, Gaps, Mistakes, Inconsistencies And Ambiguities And To Point Out The Client Immediately In Writing. The Contracting Parties Agree That This Obligation Has Already Taken Up In The Stage Of The Contract.
