    Lucas Education Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Intermediary For Completing Hiring Assignments Within The Business Office. The Intermediary Becomes The First Point Of Contact For The Needs Of Hiring (Hiring Managers) When Setting Up All Hiring Applications From The Company Office. The Intermediary Has Access To The Entire Market For Completing Hiring Applications, Both Secondmenters, Self -Employed People And Mediators. The Intermediary Acts From A Neutral Role And Has No Preference For One Candidate Compared To Another. The Intermediary Manages The Full Process, From Request To Payment Of A Hiring Force. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 2,800,000 Excluding Vat Per Year. With A Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Of A Maximum Of Six Years, The Estimated Value Then Comes To € 16,800,000 Excluding Vat. Taking Into Account A Margin Of 20%, The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 20,160,000 Excluding Vat.
