    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Document Entitled Municipal Plan For Adaptation To Climate Change For The City Of Barlinek, Hereinafter Referred To As Mpa Along With Conducting Social Participation Activities And Activities Of Building Social Awareness In Terms Of Adaptation To Climate Change And An Information And Promotion Campaign. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Hereinafter Opz 3. The Scope Of The Mpa Study Should Include: 1) Diagnosis, Including: A) Analysis Of Climatic And Hydrological Phenomena And Their Derivatives. A) And B), D) Assessment Of The Citys Adaptation Potential, E) Analysis Of The Citys Susceptibility, F) Analysis Of Climate Risk And Opportunities Arising From Climate Change; 2) Presenting The Results Of The Analyzes Referred To In Point 1), In Graphic Form, Including In The Form Of Maps (Pdf + Spatial Data Set); 3) Defining The Goals Of The Plan; 4) Concept Of Giving The City; 5) The Concept Of Rainwater And Snoweling, Including: 6) Program Part, Including: A) Determining Adaptation Activities Based On Information Contained In Point 1) -5) Including Analysis Of Adaptation Options, B) Information On Entities And Bodies Responsible For Implementing Adaptation Activities And On How To Include These Entities And Authorities In The Development Of The Plan; Including The Monitoring Of Implementation Of Adaptation Activities Using Indicators Of Achieving The Objectives Referred To In Item 3;
