1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Winter Roof Protection Services And Snow And Ice Exports From Real Estate Managed By Kzgm In Katowice, Departments Of Buildings No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.2. The Order Is Divided Into 6 Parts: 1) Part 1 - Winter Protection Of Buildings By Removing Snow, Ice, Snow Overhangs And Sopla (In Particular From Roofs Or Gutters) As Well As Snow And Ice Exports From Real Estate Located In Katowice, Managed By The Municipal Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej In Katowice, Budowy Department (Eb) No. 1 - The Contract 1835M² Of Snow And Ice Will Be Necessary To Remove, 2555Mb Icicles And Snow Overhangs, Removal Of 60 Ms Of Snow And Ice And 100 Hours Of Operation Using A Basket Lift (So -Called Increases) With A Working Height Below 18 M And 30 Hours Of Work Using A Basket Lift With A Working Height Above 18 M.3. The Contracting Authority Is Not Able To Guarantee Minimum Quantities Of Services (It Is Impossible To Estimate The Amount Of Snowfall In The Upcoming Winter Season), Which Will Be Ordered By The Contracting Authority. The Employer Also Does Not Guarantee That The Quantity Indicated In The Valuation Of The Offer Will Be Achieved During The Performance Of The Order. The Employer Intends To Allocate: Part-1: Pln 161 929.21 Gross For The Implementation Of The Order. 4. The Performance Of The Services Will Be Provided Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Each Time On The Basis Of A Notification Then Confirmed By The Order, Until The Employer Intends To Allocate To Finance A Given Part Of The Order, I.E. The Amounts Specified In Point 4 Of This Swz Chapter. A Single Order May Include One Or More Property. 5. The Employer Reserves The Right To Use The Amount Intended For The Implementation Of The Order, Based On The Unit Rates Indicated In The Offer, In Accordance With The Current Demand For Specific Scope Of Services, Regardless Of The Quantity Provided For Individual Services Indicated In The Valuation. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Provide Him With A 24 -Hour Telephone Contact With People Supervising The Performance Of The Contract On The Part Of The Contractor. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Each Part Is Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Together With Attachments, Including A Detailed List Of Real Estate Whose Roofs May Require Winter Security, Managed By The Municipal Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej In Katowice, Separate For Each Part (Attachments No. 3 And 4 To Swz). 8. All Obligations Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Method Of Settlement Is Contained By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Together With Attachments Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.9. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform A Service With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Applicable Principles Of Modern Natural Knowledge, To Comply With The Principles Of Occupational Health An
