A Set Of All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions Or Decisions Required By Law, Including Obtaining A Derogation From Technical Conditions (If Necessary), Or Environmental Decision And Water Law (If Necessary), A.5. Information On Safety And Health Protection; B) Documentation For Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Decision Or For Demolition Facilities (If Necessary); C) Executive Projects For Individual Industries; D) Bill Of Quantities For Individual Industries; 4) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries; 5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate With A List Of Costs Of The Entire Investment. 2. Miejskie, Commander Of The City Guard, 2) Construction Of A Fiber Optic Connection Of Cameras To The Recorder On Plot No. 3420/1 (Existing Playground And Recreation Area) In The Place Of The Existing Monitoring Cabinet (Map Of The Registrar Location), 3) Replacement Of The Equipment Located In The Abovementioned Monitoring Cabinet With A Recorder, To Which Existing Cameras Are Connected On The Playground At Ul. Kośny. If Necessary, Predict The Exchange Of An Existing Wardrobe. Configuration Of An Existing Wardrobe With A Registrar In Accordance With The Email Information Of The City Guard Commander Of 06.05 And 16.05.2025, 4) The Proposed Technical Solutions Should Be Further Agreed With The Municipal Energy, Commander Of The City Guard And The Department Of Road Management, 5) Reconstruction And Securing The Network Of Existing Infrastructure With The Designed Infrastructure And The Resulting Infrastructure From The Decision Of The Competent Authorities And From Arrangements With The Institutions And Owners Of This Infrastructure.
