    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of A School Bus For The Needs Of The Transport Of Students To Schools Run By The Municipality Of Troszyn.1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Factory New School Bus, Later Called Swz Bus, Vehicle Or Subject Of The Contract, Meeting The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law And In Executive Provisions Issued On The Basis Of This Act. Number Of Seating: Minimum 39. 1.2. The Vehicle Must Be: Factory New, Unused, Complete, Free From Structural, Material, Executive And Legal Defects, Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled People, Including People/People In A Wheelchair, Fully Functional, Must Correspond To Applicable Qualitative And Technical Standards And Cannot Be Charged With Any Rights For Third Parties. 1.3. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Grant A Bus Warranty For A Period Of 24 Months (A Guarantee Without Kilometers Limit) From The Date Of Signing Without Comments On The Acceptance Report. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. 1.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Annexes: - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz. - The Technical Specifications Of The Offered Bus, Constituting Annex 1 A To Swz.
