The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And Draft Decisions On Building Conditions Together With Urban Analysis In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 15 July 2024 In The Case The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 26 August 2003 On The Designations And Names Used In The Decision On The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, No. 164, No. 164, Item The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) To Prepare A Function Analysis And Features Of Building And Land Development In Terms Of The Conditions Referred To In Art. 61 Para. 1-5 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, In Order To Require New Buildings And Land Development In Text And Graphic Form. The Contracting Authority Requires That Urban Analysis Includes: In A Textual Form A Tabular Statement Of Parameters Of Plots And Buildings Covered By The Analysis, Which Were Included In The Analysis And In Graphic Form, An Indication Of Real Estate Included In The Analysis; 2) Drawing Up An Analysis Of The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area In Which The Investment Is Expected, 3) Analyzing The Conditions And Principles Of Development Of The Area Covered By The Application, Resulting From Special Provisions, Including The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Environmental Protection Law, Water Law, Etc., 4) Determining The Parameters And Features Of Shaping New Buildings, Including Dimensions And Architectural Form Of Building Objects, Building Line, Intensity Of Land Use, 5) Drawing Up Draft Decisions On Building And Development Conditions Based On The Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Of The Act And With Executive Provisions For This Act, 6) Preparing The Results Of The Function Analysis As Well As The Features Of Building And Development Of The Area, Which Will Contain The Text And Graphic Part Constituting The Attachment To The Decision On Building Conditions, 7) Drawing Up Draft A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Based On The Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And With Contractual Provisions, 8) Correction, 8) Correction Decision Projects That Will Require Changes After Agreeing With The Competent Authorities - Under The Same Order. The Works Of The Work Will Be Based On Written Orders Submitted By The Substantive Employee Of Complete Investors Conclusions Specifying The Scope Of Work. The Transfer Of Complete Investors
