The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization And Conduct Of A Series Of Lectures / Educational Workshops In The Field Of Renewable Energy Sources (Renewable Energy Sources) In 20 Primary Schools In The Bytom Commune, Using Educational Materials And Teaching Aid (20 Schools = 20 Lectures / Workshops). The Detaching Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Attachment To Swz.2. Availability Clause - Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, The Employer Took Into Account The Requirements For Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users - See: Point 3 Item 3) And Point 8 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Does Not Require A Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Who Perform A Specific Type Of Activity In The Scope Of The Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Proper Performance Of The Contract. 5. Lectures / Workshops Should Be Conducted By At Least One Person Who Is Not In The Register Of Sexual Crimes And Has The Required Experience (See Part Vii Swz). An Indication Of A Person With Experience Greater Than Specified In The Condition Of Participation In The Procedure Will Be The Subject Of Assessment Under The Criteria For Assessing Offers, On The Principles Described In Part. Xviii Swz.6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Employer Has Not Divided The Procedure Into Parts, Because The Contract Covered By These Proceedings Is Financed By The European Union, And The Division Of The Procedure Into Parts Would Involve The Risk Of Not Realizing The Contract In Its Full Scope, Due To The Threat Of E.G. Lack Of Offers For All Parts Of The Procedure. At The Same Time, The Employer Indicates That This Order Is One Of The Parts Constituting Separate Procedures In The Field Of Ecological Education. The Value Of The Awarded Order Was Estimated At A Level Not Exceeding The Statutory Threshold. The Order Is Therefore Fully Available To Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises.
