Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Michałowice Commune In The Winter Season 2025-2026

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Involving The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Michałowice Commune In The Winter Season 2025-2026-Hereinafter Referred To As Zud: 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Tasks And Activities: 1) Preparation Of Materials (Purchase, Transport, Storage Of Roads For Dyeing And Combating Sluggishness), 2) Preparation Of Equipment For The Implementation Of Zud, 3) Snow Removal Road Surfaces, Roadsides And Facilities Accompanying Materials For Combating Slippery, Materials With Salt, Exceptionally Salt; 6) Maintaining Readiness To Take Actions Of Zud By Employees And Equipment, 7) Patrolling Roads, And In Particular: A) Coordination Of Zud In The Michałowice Commune For Municipal And Internal Roads; B) Commune Office, At Least Once A Day. In Situations Of Emergency Of Passability - According To The Needs; C) Ensuring Communication With Employees And Operators On Duty As Well As The Equipment Managing. Contractors. The Removal Of The Remaining Loose Materials After Winter Includes The Entire Width Of The Roadway, The Sewage Sewage, Concrete Trunks, Located Directly At The Edge Of The Road, Bus Bays, Shields Of Intersections Of Municipal Roads, And Removal Of Loose Materials From The Roadside - For The Width: Min 50Cm - Max 100Cm With Profiling The Roadside From The Road Road Min. 1% Towards The Roadside Or Drainage Ditch. The Total Length Of Municipal Roads That Will Be Covered By The Zud Service In The First And Second Order Is: 88.80 Km. 4. The Terms Of The Order Processing And Maintenance Standards Were Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Roads On Which The Zud Service Will Be Implemented Have Been Divided Into Two Order To Maintain The Passage In Accordance With Annex 2 To The Designed Provisions Of The Contract - A List Of Roads. 6. The Route Designated To Zud Is Presented By The Map - Annex 3 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
