Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Tractor And Mini Excavator For Service And Technical Maintenance Of Facilities And Infrastructure Of Sanitary Sewage System In The Tomice Commune

Part 1: Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor For The Service And Technical Maintenance Of Facilities And Sanitary Sewage Infrastructure In The Tomice Commune. 1. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Chapter Iv To Swz Pn. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Further As Opz, And In Chapter Iii To Swz Pn. Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Part 1, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu - 1. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A New Agricultural Tractor For The Service And Technical Maintenance Of Objects And Infrastructure Of Sanitary Sewage System In The Tomice Commune With Accessories In The Form Of A Front Loader, Boom Mower And A Mowing Head, Meeting Minimum Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements Specified In Annex 1.1 To Opz. 3. The Tractor Being The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Equipment Referred To In Point 2 Must Be New, I.E. Undamaged, Unregenerated, Not Covered By The Rights Of Persons Or Third Parties, Free From Construction And Executive Defects, And Come From The Legal Sales Channel Of The Manufacturer. 4. The Tractor On The Day Of Handing It Over To The Ordering Party (Day Of Delivery - Acceptance) Must Be Complete And Ready For Use. The Equipment Referred To In Point 2 Must Be Compatible With The Tractor Being The Subject Of Delivery As Part Of This Proceeding. Along With The Supplied Equipment, The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With A Set Of Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, Including In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended). 5. The Tractor Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Act Referred To In Point 4.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract, At His Own Expense And Risk, Including Unloading At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 4.2 Of Swz. As Part Of The Procedure For The Delivery And Transfer Of The Tractor Being The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training For At Least 5 Gzk Employees In The Field Of Service And Ongoing Operation Of The Equipment And Safety Rules During Its Use.
