The Contracting Authority Aims To Purchase The International Passenger Air Transport Services For The Staff Within The General Staff Of The Air Force, To The Economic Class (The Included Luggage), Depending On The Needs And Within The Limit Of The Allocated Budget. Estimated Quantities: Min. 93 Tickets / Max. 452 Tickets. The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement: 379,373.00; Currency: Eur The Estimated Value Of The Highest Subsequent Contract: 14,490.00; Currency: Eur Value Of The Participation Guarantee: 144.90 Euros (1 % Of The Estimated Value Of The Highest Subsequent Contract). The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Includes All The Amounts Payable For The Fulfillment Of The Framework Agreement (Ticket Price, Flight Taxes, The Tariff Of Issuing And Booking Tickets). Subject To The Right Provided In Art. 115 Para. (1) Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months, With A Maximum Number Of 5 Bidders Whose Bids Will Be Declared Admissible. Subsequently, By Resuming The Competition Between The Signatories Of The Framework Agreement, Subsequent Contracts Of International Passenger Air Transport Services/Economic Class (With A Hold Luggage)/The Duration/Conditions Established By The Contracting Authority In The Competition Resumption Stage. Low-Cost Air Transport Services Can Be Purchased Only In The Situation Of The Non-Existence Of Air Races On The Economic Class/Routes, A Fact Confirmed By The Providers With Whom The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded, Through The Offers Transmitted In Response To The Invitations To Participate In The Reof. The Award Of The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Elements/Conditions Stipulated In The Framework Agreement, By Resuming The Competition Between All The Promisor-Signatories Of The Framework Agreement, Whenever The Need To Organize Abroad Travel Of The Contracting Authority Will Appear. The Object Of Resuming The Competition Is The Price Of Air Transport Services (Air Tickets) Requested By The Contracting Authority. The Working Methodology Is Described In The Specification. Estimated Calendar (The Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded): Weekly, Depending On The Needs And Funds Allocated The Data Proposed In The Estimated Calendar Represents The Intention Of The Contracting Authority, Not A Firm Commitment From The Contracting Authority Regarding The Award Of Subsequent Contracts, Starting From The Working Hypothesis That There Will Be No Events/Circumstances Initiation Of The Award Procedure, Respectively The Necessary Financial Resources Will Be Provided.
