It Is Required To Tender The Acquisition Of Chemical Baths For Emergencies, With The Purpose Of Equipping Portable Shelters Pneumatic Tents With Sanitary Facilities In Case Of Emergencies I Catastrophes In Coquimbo. It Is Stated That Bidders Must Offer All Required Products. Failure To Comply With This Provision Will Empower The Municipality To Declare These Offers Inadmissible. The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Faculty Established Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Had Dictated; Faculty That Materializes In The Information System Www.Mercadopublica.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows While A Tender Has Not Been Awarded, Carrying This Faculty Through Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
