    Rolling Stock - Framework Agreement For Dual Locomotive For Track Service. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Pursuant To Section 131 Of The Act Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Framework Agreement”). The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is To Modify The Procedure For Concluding Partial Purchase Contracts (Hereinafter Referred To As The Purchase Agreement Or Individually Purchase Agreement) (I) For Production And Delivery Of Up To 30 (In Words: Thirty) Pcs Of Dual Locomotives For Power Supply And Alternative (Diesel, Battery Or Other) (160 Km/H Depending On Traction) On Railway Lines 1,435 Mm In The Czech Republic And Slovakia, Including The Possibility Of Driving To The First Border Station Of The Adjacent States, Or In The Option For Operation In Poland, Austria And Germany (Hereinafter Referred To As “Locomotives” Or Separately “Locomotives”) Data And Diagnosis Of Locomotive. On The Date Of Handover Of The Relevant Locomotive, The Contracting Authority Necessary To Operate And Use The Locomotives In The Czech Republic And Slovakia, In The Option In Poland, Austria And Germany, Including The Technical Documentation Belonging To The Relevant Locomotives. (I) Supply Of Spare Parts And Structural Units Of The Replaceable System (“Spare Parts Of The Exchange System”).
