The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of Dappel Doffres Procedure Open According To Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5 And R.2162.1 And Following Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). The Market Is Concluded By The Framework Of Framework Fixing All The Contractual Stipulations (Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders) And At Unit Prices With A Single Awarded. Indeed, The Type Of Service Lob Project (Taking Live Of Debates) Does Not Justify An Allotment In Separate Services; The Minimum Annual Amount Is 15,000 Euros (S) H.T The Maximum Annual Amount Is 60,000 Euros H.
