The Present Public Procurement Was Created To Improve The Energy Characteristics Of The Multi -Family Residential Building, Including To Reduce The Energy Poverty And Of Vulnerable Energy Consumers In The Harmanli Municipality -Affected By The Market Pool And Fall Within The Territorial Transition Of The Fund For A Fair. The Multifamily Residential Building In Harmanli, 16 Benkovska Str. With Id 77181.11.124.1 Under The Harmanli Ccc, Is Located Freely Standing In A Landed Property With Identifier 77181.11.124. The Building Was Built In 1972. It Has A Reinforced Concrete Support Structure, Built On The Construction System Ppp-Package-Suspense Plates. The Building Has Only One Entrance And Contains Seven Residential Floors, A Half -Base Basement And Attic Floor. There Are 28 Apartments In The Building In Total, With Four Apartments Located At Each Storey Level. The Basement Is Separate Warehouses / Basements / Of The Residents. The Vertical Communication In The Building Is Carried Out Through A Two -Way Staircase From The First To The Seventh Floor, With An Elevator. There Is No Accessible Environment To The Entrance Lobby. For The Commissioning Of The Construction Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, The Same As They Begin To Run From The Date Of Issuance Of A Permit For Use Of The Construction. The Following Mandatory Measures Are Envisaged: Thermal Insulation Of Exterior Walls; Heat Insulation Of The Roof; Heat Insulation Of Floor; Replacement Of Joinery On Facade Walls With Pvc Profile With Glazing And Windows And Doors With Aluminum Profile With Interrupted Thermalness And Glazing; Introduction Of Energy -Saving Lighting In Common Parts Of The Building. During Construction, Designers Will Exercise Copyright. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is In The Amount Of: Bgn 1 026 880,00 Excluding Vat Or Respectively Bgn 1 232 256.00 With Vat, Distributed And Formed By The Values ​​Of The Individual Activities In The Subject Of The Contract, As Follows: Total Value For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In Phase
