The General Objective Of This Technical Assistance (At) In Benin Is To Strengthen The Promoters Technical And Managerial Capacities (Waste Management And Health (Sgds)). More Specifically, This At Will Support The Promoter In The Exploitation Of Works Funded By The Bank. The Main Objectives Of This At Can Be Summed Up As Follows: Supporting Sgds In Its Strategy To Increase The Rate Of Recycled Materials And Energy Recovery In Cities Targeted By The Project. Global Projector Of The Project Is To Define The Transition From A Linear Economy (Collection, Transfer And Elimination Of Waste) To A Circular Economy By Putting Laccent On The Source Segregation And The Valuation Of Recyclable And Biodegradable Waste.
