The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Project Documentation Together With Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Or The Decision To Permission To Implement A Road Investment (Zrid) For The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 3806 S On A Section With A Length Of About 4.6 Km, From The Intersection With Dw 789 Without Interference In Its Reconstruction By The Town Of Moczydło And The Town Of Trzebniów (Until The End 1), As Well As The Development Of Bill Of Distrms And Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications Necessary For The Contracting Authority To Provide A Public Procurement For The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Permit Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Road, Reconstruction/Construction Of Conventions And Drainage Of The Road Along With The Authors Supervision. All Design Studies, Technical Specifications, Values, Investor Costs Should Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party In Paper And Electronic Versions. In The Case Of Drawing Documentation, These Are Files With Pdf And Dwg Extension, 2 Descriptive (Text) Documentation And Specifications - Text Files. Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Are Required In An Editable Version (Spreadsheets Or Programs For Costing Programs Enabling Opening In Cost Programs). The Concepts Of The Land Development Plan Should Include The Road Geometry Solutions Applied To Map Foundations, Including The Solutions Of The Road Device, Marked Elements Of Technical Infrastructure, Which Is In Collision With The Designed State Together With The Initial Proposal To Remove These Collisions, Preliminary Checking Of The Property Division Line (In Case Of Such Necessity). The Copies Of The Above -Mentioned Studies Must Be Framed In A Way That Prevents Them From Decomposed. Complete Documentation Must Also Include An Electronic Record Containing All Studies In Digital Form - Non -Edited Version In Pdf And Editable (Doc, Dwg). Project Documentation Should Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Laws, Ordinances, Technical Conditions, Current As At The Day Of Receipt Of Project Documentation. In The Event Of A Change In The Provisions During The Preparation Of The Documentation, But Before Receipt, The Content And Scope Of The Project Should Be Adapted Without Additional Remuneration To The Applicable Regulations. During The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works Implemented On The Basis Of The Project Documentation Being The Subject Of This Contract, Until The Execution Of The Contractor Of Construction Works, The Contractor Will Prepare Written Proposals For Answering Questions And Possible Changes To Project Documentation, Whose Necessity Will Result From The Questions Asked And Answers, Within The Time Limit Set By The Contracting Authority, Not Longer Than 3 Days From The Date Of The Question Contractors.
