1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation, Disassembly Of A Personal Platform, Construction Of An External Reinforced Concrete Elevator And Foundation, Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Elevator With Electric Drive (Adapted For Transporting People With Incompatibility) And Performing Accompanying Construction Works On A Public Building In Dąbrowa Górnicza In The System In The System Design And Build Functional And Utility (Pfu). The Order Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Stages: I. State- Development Of The Agreed Full Design (Multi-Branch) Documentation, Including The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction And Executive Works Containing All Calculations With Architectural Details, And Preparing And Obtaining Necessary Consents To The Location Of The Elevator, Submitting An Application For Building Permit. The Second Stage- The Start Of Construction Works Will Take Place After The Design Documentation Is Approved And The Building Permit Is Obtained. Execution Of Preparatory Works, Fencing The Area And Preparation Of The Construction Site And Construction Facilities, The Implementation Of Demolition Works As Well As The Export And Disposal Of Materials, As Well As Scrapping, Excavations For Foundations Together With The Stabilization Of The Substrate Under The Foundation And Tests Of The Degree Of Soil Compaction. 1.2 The Contractor With Scrapping The Passenger Platform And All Components And Accessories At The Next Score Indicated By The One Indicated By The One Indicated By Ordering Party.
