1. Subject Of The Contract. 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Mining Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Robots) In The Field Of Reconstruction And Transverse Protection Of Karol On The Section From The Intersection With Klemens Longitudinal To The Intersection With The Długi Podknik, Including 1.2. The Scope Of Mining Works. As Part Of The Performance Of Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Square (Region) Of Works, 2) Draw Up The Technology Of Performing Works, 3) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works, 4) Provide Machines And Devices Necessary To Perform Mining Works, 5) Provide Persons With Appropriate Permissions And Qualifications To Supervise Mining Works, 6) Miernicza, 7) Implement Mining Works. 3. Execution Of Mining Works. 3.1.
