Tenders Are Invited For Execution Of A Sanitary Container Building Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure At The Dzika Ochla Center At Ul. Botaniczna In Zielona Góra

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Construction: 1) Sanitary Sewage In The Gravitational And Transparent System, 2) Sewage Pumping Stations, 3) Hardening The Area For The Purposes Of Foundation Of A Container Building, 4) Container Sanitary Building, 5) Internal Sanitary Sewage System From The Designed Container Sanitary Building And The Existing Building Gastronomic And Commercial, 6) Internal Water Supply Installation Supplying The Designed Container Sanitary Building, 7) Electrical Installation Supplying The Designed Container Sanitary Building And Sewage Pumping Stations. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.7 To Swz. 4. In Annex I.7, There Were Also Issues Of Works To Swz. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Abovementioned Next To The Works Only Auxiliary Document - The Quantities Given In The Pre -City Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Contractor, But Only Aim To Determine The Technology Of Performing Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of Works, Each Of The Contractors Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz.5 Before Submitting The Offer. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Works For Works Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 48 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract And Warranty For Disadvantages Of Works For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of The Warranty Period. Note: An Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Scored In Accordance With The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.6. The Employer Informs That They May Appear In Swz Together With The Attachments Of The Indications Of Customary Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Photos In The Described Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Serve Only To Determine Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Used In Swz Together With Attachments Of Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Should Be Treated As Examples - The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Products (Materials, Equipment) Equivalent. A Product Is Considered An Equivalent Product That Will Have The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As A Specific Product Indicated In Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of The Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than The Order Described In The Subject Of The Order, It Cannot In Any Way Reduce The Standard And Cannot Change The Rules And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Swz, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality, Usability Described Or Resulting From Swz.
