The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services To Conduct A Study Of Two Financial Statements Of The Scientific And Academic Computer Network-The National Research Institute, Hereinafter Referred To As Nask-Pib For The Financial Years 2025 And 2026 And The Expert Of The Auditors Two Reports From The Conducted Research, Containing The Opinion Of An Expert Auditor Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 83 Of The Act Of 11 May 2017 On Statutory Auditors, Audit Companies And Public Supervision (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1035, As Amended). The Basis For Conducting The Study Is Art. 64 Of The Act Of 29 September 1994 On Accounting. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz-Sopz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz. 3. The Deadline For Completing The Order: 22 Months, Calculated From The Date Of The Contract, But Not Later Than Until June 30, 2027*, Taking Into Account The Terms Described Below. 1) The Contracting Authority Provides For A Preliminary Examination In December 2025.
