Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Furniture For The Needs Of The Łódź Voivodship Office In Łódź Along With The Delivery And Assembly

1. Part I: Delivery Of Office Furniture To Size (Desks - 3 Pcs, Containers For Desks 50 X 40 X 40 Cm - 3 Pcs, Containers For Desks 60 X 50 X 40 Cm - 3 Pcs. Office Bookcase, Coffee Table) 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1A To Swz And Is Also A Technical Form That Should Be Submitted With The Offer. The Technical Form Is Not Completed Or Improved. Fierying Or Attachment Of An Unpaid Technical Form To The Offer Form Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 3. The Method Of Execution Of The Order Result From The Content Of Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Para. 1 Will Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Łódź, Located At Ul. Piotrkowska 104, 90-926 Łódź. The Contractor Will At His Own Expense Will Deliver, Bring And Install Furniture (If Necessary) In The Rooms Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take All Packaging Remaining After The Furniture Delivered Outside The Location Of The Employer And Their Utilization In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law At His Own Expense And Risk. The Furniture Is To Be Brought To The Third And Fourth Floor. There Is A Narrow Passenger Elevator In The Building. The Supplied Furniture Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Deducted With Any Repairs, Free From Defects, Fully Functional And Ready For Use For Their Intended Purpose. 5. If In Any Documents With The Help Of Which The Subject Of The Contract Was Described, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterized The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Should Be Interpreted As Recalling Specific Standards, And Not As A Requirement To Use Specific Solutions - The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In Each Such Case. In Any Case, When The Employer Describes The Subject Of The Contract Through A Reference To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 6. The Supplied Products Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel, And The Use Of The Supplied Products By The Ordering Party May Not Constitute A Violation Of Property Copyrights Of Third Parties. It Is Unacceptable For The Contractor To Offer Someone Elses Product Under Its Own Brand With Concealing Original Markings. In The Event Of Suspected Offer As Your Own Product, Which Exists Or Existed In The Offer Of Another Entity Under A Different Name, The Contractor Will Be Called To Provide Explanations Regarding The Origin Of The Product And The Consent Of The Entity With The Right To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product For Modification And Further Reselling The Product Under A Different Name. In The Absence Of The Consent Of An Entity With The Right To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product For Further Resale Of The Product Under Another
