    The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Winter Maintenance Of Commune And Internal Roads In The Koszyce Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026. The Main Maintenance Of The Above Roads Is To Mechanically Snow And Eliminate The Slipperyness Of Roads Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting Traffic Disturbances Caused By Atmospheric Factors Such As Intense Snowfall, Snowy Slush From Melting Snow, Ice And Slippery (Ice Cream) In The Village Councils: Dolany, Jaksice, Morsko, Witów, Zagaje, Modrzany, Książnice Wielkie, Książnice Małe, Biskupice, Łapszów, Włostowice, Koszyce, Jankowice, Rachwałowice, Filipowice, Piotrowice, Przemyk The Contractor Is Required To Snow/Remove Slippery On Municipal Roads - Public And Secondly Internal Roads. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Performing Services In A Given Village Without Keeping A Order To Save Time For Journeys. As Part Of Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct Winter Road Maintenance In Accordance With The List Of Roads Constituting An Attachment To The Contract, Prevailing Atmospheric Conditions As Well As The Entries Of The Ordering Party Or Its Representatives. Emergency Services May Also Report The Need To Provide Passability. The Contractor Provides The Provision Of Services By Persons With The Right To Drive Motor Vehicles And/Or Agricultural Tractors (Or Other Equipment) Referred To In The Road Traffic Law. The Detailed Scope Of The Service Includes The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 9 To This Swz (Opz).
