    The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Mobile Scene, Covered With The Dimensions Of The 8X6m Stage Platform. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 2 To Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Describing The Technical Specification Of The Mobile Scene Together With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. In Relation To The Quality And Functionality, Having The Required Technical Parameters, Meeting The Standard Required By Polish Law And Free From All Physical And Legal Defects. Technical Parameters Given In Annex 2 To Swz Are Minimal Parameters. The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions/Parameters, Provided That The Contractor Shows That The Offered Solution Is Equivalent To The Technical And Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Or Better Than The Required By The Contracting Authority. The Order Of The Contract Will Be Covered By A Guarantee For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Concept Of Delivery Discharge And Training Min. 2 People In The Field Of: Assembly, Disassembly, Use.
