Part 1 - Potatoes, The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Potatoes. Specified In Annex 3A To Swz (I.E. The Assortment And Price Form For Part 1) The Amount Of Assortment Is The Estimated Quantity That The Contracting Authority Intends To Buy Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract. 1. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract (For All Parts): 1) Deliveries Will Be Carried Out To The Seat Of The Ordering Party (Nursing Home In Zawiercie) Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Along With Unloading, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Ordering Party; 2) The Number Of Individual Goods Given In The Assortment And Price Forms Are Expected Quantities, Accepted In Order To Compare Offers And Select The Offer The Most Advantageous. Due To The Above, The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Individual Goods Depending On The Current Needs While Maintaining Unit Prices And The Contractual Amount, As Well As The Right To Limit The Order By A Maximum Of 30 % Of Its Scope, Without The Need To Change The Contract; 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Products Of High Quality And Freshness, Proper Quantitative Weight Compatible With The Order, Appropriate Uniform Weight (One Piece) Consistent With The Unit (One Piece) Compatible With The Order. By Order; 4) The Delivery Will Be Completed Successively (In Tranches), On Average 5 Times A Week, Based On Orders Of The Contracting Authority Transferred To The Contractor, Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Order; 5) Transport: A) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Products With A Means Of Transport Adapted For Food Transport, Under The Pain Of The Contractor; B) Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Enable The Control Of The Means Of Transport And Containers For The Transport Of Goods In Terms Of Their Purity; C) The Contractor On Each Written Request Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Present (If Concerned): - The Decision Of The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector For The Means Of Transport, Which Allows The Transport Of Fruit And Vegetables, - Current Medical Certificate From Examination For Sanitary - Epidemi -Providing Person. Goods, D) The Contractor Undertakes To Secure The Goods For Transport (Using Packaging, Containers Adapted To Transport A Given Product), In Order To Ensure The Correct Quality And The Number Of Supplied Articles; 6), The Contractor Declares That The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Consistent With The Principles Of Haccp System Implemented And Used In The Contractor.
