Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Catering Services To The Department Of The Environment Of The Marshals Office Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship With The Right Of Options.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Catering Service Consisting In Ensuring A Comprehensive Service Covering: Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes, Serving Meals By Professional And Competent Service, Providing Tables, Appropriate Tableware And Glass As Well As Decorations, Depending On The Type Of Meeting And The Rank Of Guests, As Well As Cleaning After The Service. 2. Catering Services Will Be Provided As Part Of The Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party Taking Place On Dates And In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 3. A One -Time Order May Include Catering Services Provided During Meetings Organized For Min. 2 People, And Max. 200 People.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Is Annex 1D To Swz, It Will Be Introduced As Annex 3 To The Public Procurement Contract. 5. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Content Of This Contract - Template Of The Contract And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz (They Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 6. The Employer Provides Under This Order The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option May Be Carried Out Up To 6 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Basic Order Or Until The Amount Allocated To The Execution Of The Contract Is Exhausted - Depending On Which Of These Events Will Take Place First. 7 The Ordering Party May Benefit From The Right Of The Option Within 14 Days Before The End Of The Basic Order Processing Period By Submitting A Written Statement Of The Contractor And Indicating The Deadline For Use Under The Option. 8. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Use The Right Options, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims On This Account. 9. The Value Of The Order Under The Basic Order Was Set At Pln 133,745.00 Net. 10. The Value Of The Order Under The Option Was Set At Pln 35,350.00 Net. 11. The Contracting Authority According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract.
