Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Rescue Service At The Indoor Swimming Pool In Limanowa.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Rescue Service And The Provision Of Pre -Heterogens First Aid Services At The Indoor Swimming Pool In Limanowa For A Period Of 12 Months From October 1, 2025, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Providing Services By Water Rescuers, Consisting In Ensuring The Safety Of Bathing And Staying On The Indoor Swimming Pool In Limanowa In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A) With The Act Of 18 August 2011. On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714); B) With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of 23 January 2012 On Minimal Requirements For The Number Of Water Rescuers Ensuring Constant Control Of The Designated Water Area (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1981). Aquatic By Persons Who Are Water Rescuers, Under Which The Contractors Duty Is: A) Ensuring Order And Safety To Persons Staying In The Pool Basin And On The Pool Beach; B) The Permanent Presence Of The Required Number Of Rescuers In The Supervisory Zones Specified In The Security Analysis Of The Limanowska Swimming Pool; C) Supervising The Observance Of The Swimming Pool Regulations And Other Order Provisions By Persons Using The Swimming Pool; Movement Of People Within The Basin And Swimming Pool Beach And Shower; Control Of The Sanitary Condition Of People Entering The Pool Hall, In Particular Washing Under The Spray And Disinfecting The Feet; E) Controlling The Conditions Of Bathing And Noting These Conditions In The Work Journal Of The Rescuers Of An Indoor Swimming Pool; F) Liquidation Of Pollutants Arising On Water And Around The Basins During The Basics Of Rescue Duty; G) Current Conducting The Work Log. Swimming Pool; H) Pool Equipment; Cooperation With The Technical Department In The Field Of Safety And Proper Functioning Of Devices Found In The Pool Hall; I) Service Of The Medical Point And Maintaining Order In It; J) Providing Clients With Comprehensive Information On The Rules Of The Swimming Pool, Service And Operation Of Devices Such As: Sauna, Jacuzzi, Etc.3. The Estimated Demand Of The Number Of Rescuers Working Hours For The Protection Of Water Rescue At The Indoor Swimming Pool Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract Is 17,568 Hours. Services Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday From 10:00 To 22:00 And On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 9:00 To 21:00. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Its Performance Were Specified In The Documentation Of The Procedure, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting An Attachment To Swz.5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Offers Not Containing The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Rejected.
