    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading, In The Scope Of Receiving, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Parcels And The Return Of Unpocked Shipments Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Of November 23, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended). 2. The Terms Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 6 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Execution Of An Order In The Amount Of 50 % Of Its Value Specified In § 4 Para. 1 Point 1 Ppu.4. As Part Of This Contract, The Contractor Is Responsible For Coordination And Supervision Over All Activities Taken In Connection With The Implementation Of The Contract By Employees And Persons Cooperating With The Contractor In Order To Ensure Proper Performance Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Is Responsible For Fulfilling All Formal And Legal And Financial Obligations To Their Employees And Persons Cooperating With Them, Including For Providing Information Received From The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Contract.
