The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Delivery And The Transmission Of Students With Disabilities From The Brzesko Commune To The School Year 2025/2026 To The Care And Rehabilitation Center For Children And Disabled Children In Jadownikach Mokrych 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes; Daily Delivery And A Passage Of Children From The Following Places: (17 Children Including Two People Moving In A Wheelchair) 1. Mokrzyska, Ul. Niwka 2. Mokrzyska, Ul. Wielgoszówka3. Jasień, Ul. Floriańska4. Brzesko, Ul. Starowiejska 6, Dps -9 People 5. Jasień, Ul. Mazurkiewicz -A Child Of A Child -3 People 6. Jadowniki, Ul. Małopolska 7. Brzesko Ul. Holiday-Ranged Estimated Number Of Kilometers In One Side 55 Km (Applies Only To Full Courses Ie Journeys With Children) Morning Course Implemented So As To Reach Classes At Around 8:00 A Return Course After Classes Agreed With The Center Around 14:00:00-16: 00 Roys For Fixing Prams, Ramp Or Elevator Enabling Entry And Departure Of A Wheelchair With A Disabled Person To The Car And From The Car And Belts For Attaching Prams Securing A Disabled Person In A Wheelchair, Including Handles And Iliac Safety Belts, Telescopic Invasions With Anti-Slip Coat Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Students Covered By Delivery As A Result Of Unforeseen Situations At The Time Of Signing The Contract.
