Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Land Development In The City And Commune Of Ropczyce

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building And Development Conditions And The Decision To Determine The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Draft Decisions To Change Building Conditions Or Change The Location Of Public Purpose Investment Together With The Analysis Of The Facts And Legal Status Of The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Ropczyce Commune, Where The Investment Is Expected. 2. Decision Draft Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular: 1) By The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), 2) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws, Item 1116). 3) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 26 August 2003 On Markings And Names Used In The Decision On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Building Conditions (Journal Of Laws No. 164, Item 1589). 3. The Contracting Authority Provides That The Planning Number Of Applications Will Be About 500, With The Guaranteed Number Of Applications Is 150 Pcs. 4. Actions That The Urban Planner Will Perform As Part Of The Subject Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Analysis Of Submitted Applications Regarding Land Development, 2) Preparing Projects Of Decisions On Building And Land Development For Agreement With The Competent Authorities With Graphic Attachments (Including Refusal To Determine The Conditions Of Building And Development Of The Area), 3) Preparation Public For Arrangements With The Competent Authorities With Graphic Attachments (Including Refusal To Determine The Location Of Public Purpose Investments), 4) Preparing Projects For A Change In Decisions On Building And Land Development Conditions, 5) Preparing Analysis And Results Of Function Analysis As Well As Features Of Development And Development Of Land Regarding The Conditions Referred To In Art. 61 Para. 1-7 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, In Order To Determine The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In Text And Graphic Form. The Contracting Authority Requires That Urban Analysis Includes: In A Textual Form, A Tabular Statement Of Real Estate, Which Was Included In The Analysis And In Graphic Form, Indicating The Real Estate Included In The Analysis With The Distinctive Szrafura Or Symbol, 6) Preparing An Analysis Of The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area At Which The Investment Is Expected, 7) Re -Preparation Of The Draft Decision In The Event Of Annulment Of The Decision And Transferring To Re -Examination Of The Decision And Transferring To Re -Examination Of The Decision Ii Instance Without Additional Remuneration, 8) Cooperation In Considering Any Comments, Conclusions And Reservations Of The Parties To T
