    3 The Contractor Guarantees The Stability Of Unit Prices Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract (Subject To The Provisions Specified In The Draft Contract). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Have At Least 12 Months Of Validity From The Date Of Delivery. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Is Obliged To Provide The Contractor At His Own Expense And Risk To The Ordering Partys Headquarters To The Emergency Magazine At Ul. E. Plater 14, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała In Accordance With The Delivery Date Indicated In The Offer. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz - Price Form And Annex 4 To Swz - Draft Contract. 6. Whenever In Swz And Attachments To Swz, The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process As Well As By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. All Above The Indications Have Been Cited To Specify The Parameters And Utility, Functional And Qualitative Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Parameters Not Worse Than Founded In Swz And Attachments To Swz, The Contractor, Which Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Solutions Offered By Him Equally Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. In Connection With The Above, In The Case Of Offering Equivalent Solutions To The Swz Specified In Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Detailed Description Of The Offered Solutions Or Other Evidence In Question. Not Indicating Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Will Be Treated As A Declaration Of The Use Of Solutions Listed In Swz And Attachments To Swz.
